Motion with a reason
Animation that guides attention — never decoration that gets in the way.
Website design & maintenance · Twin Falls, Idaho
I design and hand-code fast, modern sites for Twin Falls businesses — and the build is free. You pay a simple monthly plan that keeps it live, secure and up to date. Everything you're scrolling through was written from scratch.
01 — The craft
Below are six things a real build gives you that a $12 theme never will. Every card is live — poke at them.
Animation that guides attention — never decoration that gets in the way.
Real perspective on hover. Move your cursor across the card.
Custom animation on your headline, tuned to your brand voice.
70% of your visitors are on a phone. Tap the device to see the same layout shrink.
Your brand colours are variables. Drag to re-theme this card instantly.
No page-builder bloat. Just the code your site actually needs.
02 — The rebuild
Visitors decide whether to trust you in about 50 milliseconds. That's your homepage. Drag the handle — this is the same business, one rebuild later.

Why a rebuild pays for itself. Nobody reads a dated site — they judge it in a blink and leave. These are published studies, not a pitch:
50ms
is all a visitor needs to form a first impression of your site.
Lindgaard et al., 200653%
of mobile visits are abandoned when a page takes longer than 3 seconds.
Google, 20168.4%
more conversions for every 0.1s faster a mobile site loads.
Deloitte, 2020Averages from published research — your mileage depends on your trade and your town.
03 — Process
No jargon, no monthly agency retainer, no 40-page decks. You talk to me, the person writing the code.
A 20-minute call, then a free screen-recorded teardown of your current site: what's costing you calls, and what I'd do about it. No obligation.
We agree the pages, the copy direction and the one action you want visitors to take. You approve a single-clickable design before a line of code is written.
Hand-coded pages, your photos and copy, real browser testing on phones, tablets and desktops. You watch it come together on a private link.
Domain, hosting, Google Business profile and analytics set up. Then your monthly plan covers the edits, backups, security updates and uptime checks.
04 — Pricing
Design, build and launch cost you nothing. You pick a monthly plan that keeps the site online, secure and up to date — and when you need a change, you email me, not a helpdesk.
For a business that just needs to exist online — properly — and stay that way.
$30/mo
No setup fee · 12-month minimum
For a business that changes its prices, hours or photos more than once a month.
$50/mo
No setup fee · 12-month minimum
For a business that lives off its Google listing and can't wait three days for an edit.
$100/mo
No setup fee · 12-month minimum
12-month minimum on every plan, and edits don't roll over. A small edit means text or image changes on existing pages — new pages and redesigns are quoted at $50–75/hour before I start. Your domain is registered in your name (about $15 a year). Send requests to one email address or the form above so nothing gets lost.
05 — Questions
Still not sure? Call me. I'd rather spend ten minutes answering questions than sell you something you don't need.
Good — most of my work is rebuilds. I keep your photos, your reviews and your domain, and replace the part that's losing you customers: the design, the speed and the clarity. Your old site stays live until the new one is ready to swap in.
No. I'll interview you for 20 minutes, then write a first draft in plain English. You correct anything I got wrong. Most clients find the words are the easiest part once someone asks the right questions.
Every build is designed on a phone first, then scaled up. I test on real iOS and Android devices, not just a browser resized in a window. If a form is hard to fill with one thumb, it gets fixed before launch.
Your domain is registered in your business name, never mine, and your content, photos and logo are yours. While your plan is active I run the hosting and do the maintenance, so there's no page builder licence and nothing for you to update. If you ever stop, the domain and your content go with you.
Nothing up front — the design, the build and the launch are free. After that it's a flat monthly plan, billed every month, with a 12-month minimum. The fee covers your hosting, SSL, backups, security updates and the edits included in your plan. No deposit, no setup fee, no invoice for the site itself.
06 — Next step
I'll reply within one working day with a two-minute video of what I'd change and which plan fits. Free, no obligation, no follow-up sequence.
